Intranet track at J.Boye Philadelphia, May
I'm co-hosting the intranet track with the J.Boye group at the J.Boye Philadelphia 2010 conference this May. We have lined up some good case studies and hope to have lots of good questions and discussions.
Among the presenters we have participants in the Global Intranet Strategies survey as well as some that have recently won intranet awards. The day-long session will be both fun and challenging:
- I'll be talking about "Intranets: Getting ready for what lies ahead"
- Bill Donaldson, MITRE, will tell us about their "Anytime-Anyplace Access".
- We will hear from Beth Gleba, IKEA, North America on "Extending the Intranet".
- Andrew Jayne, Transfield Services North America, will talk about "Content Generation for your Intranet"
- Barbara Schelkle of UNDP will tell us about their "New Intranet for a Highly-Decentralized Organisation".
- Martin White, Intranet Focus, will discuss a strategic question of "Collaboration – should it be inside or outside the intranet?"
- Robert Polkowski, Perkins Eastman Architects will continue on the collaboration theme, specifically talking about "Embracing Online Team Spaces – Fun, Freedom and Functionality".
If any of you are in the region, please let me know so we can meet up.
