2. Are users able to tag content on the intranet and to share such tags (social tagging). What are the experiences so far?
3. How is user-generated content (e.g. in wikis, blogs, or micro-blogging tools such as Twitter) integrated with content created in a “traditional” editorial process (same/different sections on the Intranet, same/different look &amp; feel, ...)?</description>

Based on my visit to Intranet 2009 yesterday I was thinking: can&#039;t we make a simple description of what to do first when setting up an intranet (for the first time or a redesign)? What do you really need to get right? And what simple steps can you define to create a vibrant intranet? If everyone would put in best-practices (or wishes), we&#039;d have very interesting info. Of course StepTwo&#039;s intranet roadmap taps into this.</description>
