Together with a colleague I have written a series: "Wissensmanagement in der Krise - Krise im Wissensmanagement" (Knowledge management in the crisis - Crisis of the knowledge management). Where we talked about chances, flexibility, ROI, strategies, motivation of staff, t-shaped staff.
