- Make management aware of new trends in the digital workplace, in particular collaboration and social media.
- Trigger new ideas in senior managers, helping them see how the intranet/digital workplace should evolve to support new ways of working.
We prepare our briefings starting from your goal and your current digital workplace landscape and positioning. We then build a briefing based on:
- Best practices – seen first-hand through 14 years of strategy consulting.
- Six years of extensive research through the annual Digital Workplace Trends Survey (previously the Global Intranet Trends survey).
- Input and contacts, if appropriate, from the NetJMC digital manager community including:
- the LinkedIn group we created – NetJMC&Co (over 600 intranet managers worldwide)

Briefings may last from 1 hour to half a day depending on your goals, and if you would like us to lead facilitated discussion.
