"Plug and grow" your intranet

I fear that many organizations believe that you can “plug and grow” your intranets.

It’s not easy to read, but that’s what is written in the red label: “plug and grow“. It is also specified “No gardening experience needed.”

Put someone in charge. Anyone. Experience does not matter.

Now you have an “Intranet Manager”, capital I, capital M.
